Self-Catering

The Courtyard at Holmby House can be booked on a self-catering basis to accommodate either a) 4 guests using bedrooms Aida and Cosi in a self-contained unit with the kitchen and sitting/dining room or b) 8 guests using all four bedrooms with the kitchen, sitting room and large dining room. The sitting  room,  equipped with colour TV, video, radio/cassette/cd hi-fi, leads onto a private patio.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combined washing machine/dryer. The kitchen leads into the large dining room both of which are enhanced by oak flooring. A cloakroom / shower room leads off from the dining room.

French doors from the dining room open up to a balcony from which steps lead down to the swimming pool. A BBQ is available on the patio by the pool. Guests are welcome to explore the peaceful gardens in addition to using the swimming pool and tennis court. See Facilities

The parking area is secluded from the road with enough space for 4 cars. Smoke detectors are connected to the electricity supply throughout the property. Linen and towels are supplied and heating and elctricity are included. In addition to the complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, guests are welcomed by a hamper which includes a bottle of wine, milk, tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter, marmelade and orange juice.

Further essentials, including freshy baked bread and croissants can be purchased at the excellent, well-stocked village shop and post office situated only a two-minute walk away.
Children are welcome when renting the Courtyard on a self-catering basis.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
