The Courtyard at Holmby House comprises of newly renovated luxury accommodation at ground floor level. It boasts four spacious bedrooms, all with either en suite bathrooms or shower rooms. It has a cosy sitting room with TV/DVD, superbly fitted kitchen and a large dining room. French windows look out onto the garden and steps lead down to the swimming pool terrace with barbecue facilities, sun beds and poolside dining table. A smaller, intimate terrace leads from the sitting room and overlooks farmland.

Guests are welcome to use the tennis court and croquet facilities, in addition to the swimming pool. Linen and towels are supplied and heating and electricity are included. Guests receive a luxury grocery hamper upon arrival.
